3. Collection and use of your data
PEAC Leasing JSC is committed to protecting the privacy of all website visitors. If you use our web services, our servers temporarily store the connection data of the requesting computer as standard for the purpose of system security.
For the informational use of our website it is generally not necessary for you to provide personal data. Rather, in this case we collect and use only those of your data that your Internet browser automatically transmits to us, such as:
• Date and time of access to one of our Internet pages,
• Your browser type,
• the browser settings,
• the operating system used,
• the last page you visited,
• the transferred data volume and the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.),
• the loading times of our website and
• Your IP address.
We collect and use this data exclusively in non-personal form during an informational visit. This is done for statistical purposes and to improve our Internet presence in order to enable the use of the Internet pages you have accessed at all.
PEAC Leasing JSC stores the IP address only for the duration of your visit, a personal evaluation does not take place (more on this in point 8 and point 9.). For purposes other than the mere use of our website, we only use a shortened version of the transmitted IP addresses, so that a personal reference can no longer be established.
Additional personal information such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address is not collected unless you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of a request for financing, a vendor partnership or an appointment.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data in these cases is always the consent of the data subject.
The entry and transmission of the data to our server is regarded as a declaration of consent to the use of this data for the purpose described in each case.
4. Right to information, correction and deletion
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether your personal data are processed.
5. Right of revocation and objection
We would like to point out that you can revoke any data protection consent given to us at any time with effect for the future

Cookies are short texts that are stored by the server of the website operator on the user's computer in the browser when visiting a website. Cookies may also be stored on the user's computer by service providers other than the operator of the website visited. These are then so-called third-party cookies.
a. personal reference
Cookies may contain any information, such as the user's preferred language or other personal page settings, login information, ID numbers, clear names, postal addresses or e-mail addresses.
b. intended use
On each subsequent visit to the site, the user's computer sends the cookie information to the third-party website server. Identification features stored in cookies make the user recognizable for the third party provider, so that profiles can be created about the usage behavior.
Example from practice: If the "Like" or "Share" buttons of Facebook are used on a website, these so-called "social plugins" integrated into the website set a "third-party cookie", in this case that of Facebook. The same generally applies to similar offers from other companies or, for example, when using pop-ups for news, stock market tickers, weather forecasts or banners for advertising purposes.
c. Types of cookies
Strictly necessary: These cookies are indispensable so that you can navigate on the website and use its features. Without these cookies, the information and menus you have accessed cannot be displayed.
Performance: These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, such as which pages are most frequently visited by visitors. This does not collect any information with which a visitor can be identified. All information collected by these cookies is aggregated and therefore anonymous. They serve exclusively to improve the functioning of a website.
Functionality: These cookies allow the website to remember your decisions and provide advanced, more personalized features. For example, these cookies can be used to record changes in font size, font and language. They can also be used to provide the services you want, such as playing a video or commenting on a blog. The information collected by these cookies can be made anonymous; the cookies cannot determine which other websites you have visited.
Third-party vendors can track the visits of their designated users, link them across servers, and track the user. This procedure is called "tracking". However, cookies also facilitate the use of the websites by the web server recognizing the user's preferences. Virtual shopping baskets in online shops, for example, are only possible with cookies. If connections to the server are interrupted, web applications can be continued where they were interrupted using cookies. Without cookies the use of the website is therefore often limited, very uncomfortable or practically impossible.
Our offers can also be used without cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, restrict them to certain websites or set your browser to notify you when a cookie is sent. You can also delete cookies from your PC's hard drive at any time. Please note, however, that in this case you must expect a limited display of the page and limited user guidance. This means that our streams and webcasts may no longer run correctly.
Most browsers allow a certain control of the vast majority of cookies in their settings.
7. Use of the data collected according to point 3. for marketing purposes
In the context of our marketing, we only use data that you have transmitted to us for the purpose of sending us publications or our newsletter. All data collected on this website will be evaluated anonymously.
8. Tracking through the use of Google Analytics
It is important to us to design our Internet pages as optimally as possible and to make them attractive for our visitors. To do this, we need to know which parts of it reach our visitors and how.
For this purpose, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
IP anonymisation has been activated on our website so that Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us as website operator with other services relating to website and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.
You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
9. Social Media Plugins
We currently do not use social media plugins.
10. Engagement of service providers and passing on to third parties
Your data will be passed on to technical service providers (e.g. website hosting, support, quality assurance or mailing service) for the provision of this website and for the aforementioned purposes, who we have of course carefully selected and commissioned in writing.
These service providers are bound by our instructions and are regularly checked by us.
Otherwise, your data will only be passed on to other third parties if expressly stated in this data protection declaration or if we are legally obliged to do so.
11. Data security
We also use technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data that is collected or collected, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against the attack of unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Your personal data is also encrypted using SSL/TLS technology to prevent access by unauthorized third parties.
